As I sip a French vanilla coffee in bustling LAX, waiting for my flight back to college--back to normalcy--I can't help but reflect on the week and it's many joys.
This was a good spring break. A hectic, sleep-deprived whirlwind of inside jokes, memories, junk food, late nights, adventures, silly quotes, and ghetto music.
So maybe I didn't accomplish much actual work. And maybe I didn't see my parents as much as they would have liked. But I did nap on the beach. I did face my fears at Six Flags. I did take many silly pictures. And I most certainly deserve some credit for my ability to endure predominately male company for the duration of the week.
It was nice doing something different, something I'll always remember.
